Chapter 9....Scaleaha

I awake to find myself in yet another room.

It's larger than the dungeon but small none the less.

I must have been unconscious for a long time...out the window I see darkness.

I hear foot steps rap on the solid concrete outside my door.

I snap my eyes closed and slow my breathing.

"Still asleep I see" I hear a ruff voice grumble.

"Good. The longer she's asleep the better. This way Malanao has more time to get away with Scaleaha." I here my fathers voice reply.

Malanao has the stone!

Before I can think twice I'm up and running quicker than ever down the corridor.

I recognize this area from the last time I was here, two years ago.

Left, right then right again followed by a sharp left to the main cave.

Then down the exiting tunnel left then left again to the opening stretch.

I sprint out the cave entrance and into the bush.

I look behind me to see seven guards chase after me.

Suddenly my wind is knocked out of me.

I see a large root under my foot then (yet again) darkness.

Will the guards find her? Mwa ha ha!!!
